If items are damaged in shipping, email us at support@printsandclay.com. Please include your order # and a photo of the piece and packaging.
All damages must be reported within 1 week of delivery.
If piece is deemed broken or wrong, a replacement piece will be made and shipped at no cost. Piece will be shipped within 10 days.
Shipping times vary, especially during peak seasons. Average time is 3-4 days.
Shipping rate: $10 for orders $0-$249. Free Shipping for all orders over $250.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Peacock Prints and Clay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used, but once an order is shown as delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and or stolen.
It is important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Peacock Prints and Clay is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
